Every child is more than the difficulty they are experiencing at school. I look at the whole learner — their strengths, challenges, learning profile, confidence and motivation — to understand what is getting in the way and what will help them move forward. By combining specialist literacy knowledge with a warm, individualised approach, I create support that builds not only skills, but confidence and independence.

I’m Jacqueline Zivor, a qualified teacher and learning specialist with more than 20 years of experience supporting children across education, literacy and emotional development.
​
As a mother of three, I understand that when a child struggles at school, it affects the whole family. My approach combines specialist knowledge with a genuine understanding of the child behind the learning difficulty — helping children develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive.

My professional background includes English teaching, specialist dyslexia support, Orton-Gillingham structured literacy, play therapy and Montessori education. I bring these different areas of experience together to create thoughtful, individualised support for each learner.
